Practise basic forms with an instructor, focusing on posture, coordination and the relationship between martial arts and Chan culture. Learn temple etiquette and make time for quiet reflection. Any meditation, scripture copying or community activity requires the host’s agreement.

Enjoy any available free time before your arranged airport or station transfer. Departure timing is coordinated with your confirmed ticket.
